For the sake of minimising issues later on... can you clarify any settings you have used?
My memory is blurry on this but for the first game I think forcing PAL60 caused a green screen hang... and using NTSC left everything with a red tint when going through RGB Scart cables. So... I had to use composite cables instead, and they suck

Is that the case with this one?
Thanks masterhuman.
It could be. For all who didn't know, NTSC video on wii displayed via rgb cable is all red. I think it's because you get an s-video signal on rgb. Nintendo sells s-video cables on NTSC region and rgb cables on PAL region as higher quality video cable, while component cables are superior of course.
Anyways, back to the game. If it freezes on a green screen when trying to force PAL60, you need either to use the crap cable, or you can try patching the video modes. Patching the video modes helps for about half of these games, and it can be done by modifying the disc(pirate only method) or by using a loader that supports video mode patches on the fly. There's at least 1 disc loader that does this, but i won't tell its name here, since it's a backup launcher, you have to look for it yourself. (look for different backup launchers and look at their features)
I already asked for this to be added to Gecko OS, because in my eyes, the 2 main features of Gecko OS are Ocarina/Wiird and region free gaming. And video mode patches are very helpfull to a lot of NTSC users with PAL games, since their non HD tvs don't support PAL. And they are very helpfull to people with PAL Wiis and rgb cables, even for people who don't really care about graphics, it's a noticable visual difference.
